SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be returned. No refunds are made; only size exchanges or returns due to production errors. Customers have 7 days from delivery to request a return via
email.
❖ In the event of a production error, Fatale Days covers shipping costs.
❖ In other cases, the customer bears shipping costs, and store credit valid for one year will be issued.
❖ Customized garments are non-returnable.
